A Balae company · Entertainment technology

MyMusicDrop.

An artist commerce platform where musicians release, sell and own their work, built around a player worth staying inside.

IN DEVELOPMENT · MYMUSICDROP.COM

The goal

The artist keeps the record, the revenue and the relationship.

Streaming made music easy to hear and hard to live on. MyMusicDrop gives artists one place to drop a release, sell it directly and stay connected to the people who pay for it.

Artists publish albums and tracks, set their own prices, offer subscriptions, take tips and run fundraisers. Fans buy directly, download what they own and support the artists they believe in. Every sale settles to the artist, not to a catalog.

Architecture

Five layers, one drop.

Each layer is designed to stand on its own and to hand off cleanly to the next, from the moment a track is uploaded to the moment it settles as revenue.

01

The Player

The centerpiece. A full-featured audio engine with skins, fullscreen mode and live audio visualizations, built from Balae's Lounge Player technology.

02

Artist portal

Uploads, release scheduling, pricing, digital storefronts, download codes, posts and tour dates, managed from one dashboard.

03

Commerce engine

Album and track sales, fan subscriptions, tips, fundraisers and licensing, with PayPal and card checkout at launch.

04

Edge infrastructure

Audio processing, global delivery and storage on Cloudflare's network, so a release loads fast wherever the listener is.

05

TapcoinPay rails

Designed to settle through TapcoinPay on the XRP Ledger, opening the door to cryptocurrency payments and tokenized ownership of creative work.
